Can I bring my dog?

Yes, dogs are always welcome! We have designated space/area for dogs.

Is it possible to order gluten free pizza/food?

Yes, we have gluten free pizza and other gluten free options. However, we cannot guarantee that our products are 100% gluten free as they are prepared in the same oven as other dishes. 

Do you have vegan/dairy free options?

Yes, we have vegan/dairy free options. In Lillestrøm you can also notify us in advance if you want us to create special dishes.

Can I bring a stroller?

Yes, during lunch time, from 11:00 till 16:00. In the evening, we have limited space. 

My pizza delivery is late?

We use the food delivery companies Wolt and Foodora. If there is an issue, please contact them directly. 

When is the busiest time at the restaurant?

We are usually busiest between 16:00 and 20:00.

What is the expected waiting time for a table if the restaurant is full when I arrive?

The waiting time could vary from 10 to 40 minutes. In weekends and during rush hours, the waiting time might also be longer than this. We can always put you on our waiting list and notify you by text when your table is ready.

Can I pay with invoice?

Yes, you can pay by invoice up to 2000 kr. Please contact us by email to register your company in our system. This process takes up to 2/3 days. 

Take away order for another day?

You can only order in advance in Mamma Pizza Vika 🍋  (by mail or by Wolt delivery partner).

Does the gift card from Givn work at all the restaurants?

Not necessarily. Check your Givn gift card to see if it is universal or for a specified location.

No-show fee rules?

You can cancel your table free of charge 12 hours before arrival. If you arrive in reduced numbers (compared to the booking) or fail to show up, we will charge 300 NOK pr person as a no-show fee.

In case of illness, there is always a possibility to move or cancel your booking but please let us know

as soon as possible.

How big of a group can book tables?

At Dronningens gate, we accept a maximum group of 30 people. At Vika and Lillestrøm, please send an email or call us so we can find the best solution for your group.

Do you have a group menu for lunch or dinner?

You can request our Menu Festa group menu at each location. In Lillestrøm

and Vika, we have a special lunch deal menu during weekdays (Monday - Friday) from 11:00 till 15:00.
